Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Health Care Services (HCS) Program Manager to provide direction and oversight for complex clinical programs within the Health Services Operations team.

You will work with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes that improve care quality. This hybrid role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making to support Cambia’s mission of a person-focused,

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
• : 5+ years' experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry.
• : Experience in clinical area preferred. May have equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage internal/external stakeholder relationships to drive outcomes.
• Lead program teams to identify risks and opportunities across initiatives or workstreams.
• Educate and train leadership and stakeholders on new program elements and implementation.
• Maintain data/statistical reporting and program assessment; develop program documents and plans.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop monitoring protocols for evaluation and improvement.
