Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Health Services Operations (HSO) Clinical Program Manager to direct and organize one or more complex clinical programs. You will partner across Health Care Services, Health Plan Operations, Data & Technology, and Finance to improve care quality and lower costs.

The role emphasizes program evaluation, establishment of processes, effective reporting, and strong communication across diverse stakeholders. A hybrid work arrangement is offered in select U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in healthcare project/program management.
• Experience in clinical area preferred.
• Masters preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to pursue desired outcomes.
• Lead teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives.
• Educate leadership and staff on new program elements, processes and implementation.
• Maintain data/statistical reporting and program assessment; develop project documents.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop monitoring protocols for evaluation and improvement.
