Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Client Services teams, set priorities, coach, and drive process improvements.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer issues across underwriting and operations.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and workflow planning.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and adopt new systems and solutions.
• Build relationships with agents, partners, and internal departments to improve experience.
