Job summary

National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE is seeking an Insurance Agent to service inbound calls, guide customers through coverage options, and support policyholders through the buying journey in a fast-paced call center. This salaried role offers a hybrid schedule after training (50% in-office).

A Property & Casualty license is strongly preferred, with 2 years of experience or 2 years of post-secondary education; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license strongly preferred.
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience OR two years post-secondary education.
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume call center environments.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies through inbound calls, no cold calls.
• Guide customers through coverage options and recommend solutions.
• Explain products and policy details clearly and access policy information.
• Provide outstanding service by resolving questions and concerns.
• Document interactions and process requests across multiple systems.
