Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to agents, insureds, claimants, and others via phone and email.
• Respond to routine questions and service requests and escalate when needed.
• Update and maintain address and contact information across systems.
• Process submission-related activities for underwriting and provide status updates.
• Handle loss run requests and explain processes to agents and insureds.
