Job summary

NICO National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE is seeking a Client Services Analyst to provide technology support for company products, assist customers with website access, and coordinate between customers, agencies, underwriting, and software teams.

The role involves troubleshooting, reporting defects, handling underwriting questions, and supporting training and process improvement efforts. Hybrid work after six months; typical hours 10:30am–7:00pm, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Information Technology, Finance, Statistics, or related field or Associate's degree with 2+ years experience.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience in customer service, insurance, technology support, underwriting support, or related field.
• Proficiency with PC applications and spreadsheet/database tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding technology support for website applications and software.
• Troubleshoot issues related to online account access and software products.
• Identify and help resolve software defects and test enhancements.
• Answer underwriting questions about commercial auto and property policies for agency partners.
• Assist agents with online rating platforms, submission workflows, and policy processing systems.
• Monitor submission status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software development teams to improve usability and processes.
• Support agency service initiatives to improve communication, data quality, and efficiency.
• Assist with onboarding and training for new Client Services team members.
