Job summary

Fulton Bank in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a full-time, hybrid role providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. The position follows a 4 days in-office / 1 day remote schedule after a 90-day intro, with core hours 8 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

You will handle onboarding, client interactions, transfers, and document maintenance while collaborating on meetings and reports. Training and development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance or related (required).
• 5+ years experience in financial services or sales environment (preferred).
• 3+ years administration in financial services or sales environment (required).
• 2+ years experience with investment operations, procedures, and transfers (required).
• SIE (Security Industry Essentials), Series 7, Series 63 (or Series 66) licenses (required).
• Must be affiliated with a Broker Dealer (required).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative operations for assigned Financial Advisor(s).
• Serve as first contact for high-volume inquiries and scheduling meetings with clients.
• Onboard new clients and monitor asset transfers.
• Assist with paperwork for transfers, beneficiary designations, and maintenance requests.
• Enter trades under advisor direction and provide settlement info.
• Prepare client meetings and create data-driven reports.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure paperwork compliance.
• Support marketing efforts and client events.
