• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and utilize CRM to foster relationship-building conversations.
• Open new accounts, perform maintenance requests, and support operational activities.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies.
• Leverage digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
