Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years experience in financial services or sales environment (preferred).
• 3+ years administration in financial services or sales environment (required).
• 2+ years experience with investment operations, procedures, and transfers (required).
• SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 (or Series 66) licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality operational support to Financial Advisors and clients.
• Serve as first contact for a high volume of inquiries and schedule meetings.
• Onboard new clients and monitor transfer of assets.
• Process client transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Enter trades as directed by Financial Advisor and communicate trade settlements.
• Prepare client meetings and reports with data from CRM.
