Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a full-time Financial Center professional in Marlton, based in Burlington County, New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by handling service and sales needs, opening and maintaining accounts, and promoting banking solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.

The position requires availability to work around branch hours (no Sundays) and involves using CRM and embracing digital solutions to support customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services; open new accounts and perform maintenance.
• Manage risk by complying with regulations and Fulton policies and procedures.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
