Fulton Bank is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate to join our Manahawkin, NJ financial center at 324 Route 72 West. The role requires around 40 hours per week with no Sundays, focusing on customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships while handling teller transactions and opening accounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1 or more years customer service or sales experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent onboarding and expanding relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services; Open new accounts, perform maintenance, assist with operations, and balance sales with teller duties.
• Manage risk by complying with regulations and Fulton policies; exercise sound judgement within established limits.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
