Job summary

Fulton Bank in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a full-time, hybrid Administrative Operations Specialist to support Financial Advisors and clients. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1 day work from home after a 90-day intro, and core hours 8 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

You will onboard clients, process transfers, enter trades and deposits, prepare meetings and reports, and maintain CRM records while ensuring compliance and high-quality service across a busy practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of experience in financial services or sales environment.
3+ years administration in financial services or sales environment.
2+ years experience with investment operations, procedures, and transfers.
SIE, Series 7, Series 63 (or Series 66) licenses required.
Must be affiliated with our Broker Dealer.

Responsibilities

Provides high quality operational support to Financial Advisors and their clients, as well as other team members.
Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions, including inquiries, quotes and scheduling meetings.
Onboards new clients and monitors asset transfers and documentation.
Assists with account transfers, beneficiary designations, and maintenance requests; processes transactions with compliance.
Enter trades as directed and communicate settlement information to clients.
Prepare client meetings and reports with relevant data from CRM and other systems.
Maintain records and files in CRM; ensure paperwork is current with regulations.
Support marketing efforts and participate in training and development.
