CSC is seeking an Associate Client Service Representative to join our Small Business Call Center in Wilmington, DE. This hybrid role will involve direct interaction with client companies, addressing inquiries quickly and professionally, and participating in ongoing training and mentorship.

You will build lasting client relationships, research and process documents, and support internal and external customers via multiple channels.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in customer service or administrative role.
• Energetic self-starter thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

• Strong research skills.

Responsibilities
