Job summary

CSC is hiring a Client Service Representative to support global enterprise clients in a B2B technology environment. You will be the primary point of contact, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through our internet products and services.

Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with internal teams to protect clients' domain portfolios and digital assets, while delivering world‑class service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centric environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to think critically and be solution oriented.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries via chat, telephone, and email.
• Manage a portfolio of domain names and digital assets to protect client brands.
• Build and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and requests; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with DBS teams on client launches and projects.
