You will deliver positive client service experiences and sales solutions to our customers while meeting financial and business goals and objectives. Provides client support and ensures client satisfaction goals are achieved.

Supervises account management activities on assigned service accounts. Identifies opportunities for growth and sales in the portfolio by making sales, obtaining orders/contracts for services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of service/client-service experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Available for local travel and possesses a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Owns client satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned portfolio.
• Drives account management processes and schedules client visits.
• Responds to client inquiries within 24 hours and communicates issues to the team.
• Identifies opportunities for quotes and service proposals.
• Collaborates with sales and billing to deliver timely proposals and follow-ups.
