Job summary

Trane Technologies in Valley View, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver positive client service experiences and sales support while meeting business goals. You will manage client accounts, assist with renewals, and pursue opportunities to grow the portfolio.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree or 1–3 years in service roles, basic HVAC knowledge is a plus, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 to 3 years of experience in a service or client service capacity.
• Knowledge of HVAC Systems is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone and through written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned portfolio.
• Drives the account management process for the portfolio, including client profiles, strategies and service delivery plans.
• Communicates issues, business goals and objectives to the account team and leadership on all accounts.
• Collaborates on proposals and delivers timely proposals to meet client needs.
• Supports sales leads and quick quotes generated by service technicians.
• Participates in Service Linkage program and attends trainings and sales meetings.
