Job summary

Taconic Biosciences is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support our sales team across the West region, with travel to SF Bay area, Oregon, and Washington. This hybrid role allows home-based work when not in customer meetings.

You will manage complex accounts, develop robust account plans, and forecast accurately while partnering with multiple buying personas to grow revenue and protect existing business. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college; life sciences preferred.
• Experience managing accounts/territories in life sciences with target achievement.
• Manager level: Requires minimum 1-year relevant experience and/or training; Sr Manager: 4–8 years.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and quotas as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Drive TEAM selling approach to support customer intimate solution development.
• Heavy focus on complex corporate account management and increasing share of wallet.
• Develop business understanding to ensure knowledge of product, customer, competitors.
• Submit on-time forecasts and maintain Salesforce data for accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
