Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a motivated hunter to drive biotech client development within the Clinical Trial Division. The hybrid role blends proactive prospecting with early-stage account management across a remote West Coast base, with about 25% travel.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 3–5 years in pharma/biotech, with a proven track record in meeting targets, CRM proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred with 3–5 years in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CDMO environments.
• Strong prospecting and sales proficiency; goal-oriented; relay project requirements; highly organized; Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and qualify opportunities with biotech companies needing Clinical Supply services.
• Engage potential clients with targeted outreach and messaging to highlight PSG value.
• Collaborate with AEs and SMEs to prepare account intel and summaries.
• Coordinate the establishment of CDAs with new clients.
• Support internal setup of new accounts from commercial and financial perspectives.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for a small biotech portfolio.
• Gather information to submit RFPs through Salesforce.
• Leverage BI platforms and internal tools to advance opportunities.
