A Client Service Manager in our Employee Health & Benefits team will leverage strong servicing skills to maintain and grow client relationships, support enrollment meetings, wellness options,

Qualifications

• Life and Health License
• Exceptional oral and written communication and relationship building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct presentations and speak to diverse groups
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as agency management systems
• Exceptional time management and organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships within the Employee Health & Benefits team
• Collaborate with sales, carriers and clients to establish and renew benefit plans
• Conduct employee enrollment meetings and wellness initiatives
• Perform day-to-day service tasks and client communications
• Participate in strategy meetings and presentations to decision makers and employees
• Support wellness initiatives and ongoing regulatory compliance
