Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Client Manager to actively manage a book of business focused on employee health and benefits. You will ensure client plan needs and goals are met, with review from VP/SVPs/Partners to ensure quality and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in welfare benefit plans, solid knowledge of group insurance, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Hybrid work options available across Michigan offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a degree in business, HR, health care administration, or related area is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in the welfare benefit plan industry, working for an employer, insurer/administrator or broker.
• Knowledge of group insurance (medical, dental, vision, life and disability products) desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present and speak publicly; strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a book of business to ensure client welfare benefit plan needs and goals are met.
• Collaborate with VP/SVPs/Partners to ensure high-quality, timely work products.
• Utilize resources to research regulatory issues and provide clear guidance to clients.
