Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Communications or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.

• Knowledge of Salesforce or Salesforce Voice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage leads and prospective clients by phone, email, and messaging to understand needs and educate on services.
• Gather client and caregiver information, conduct care assessments, and support eligibility determinations and health plan submissions.
• Guide prospective clients through the engagement process, answer questions, address concerns, and support conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead, client, and activity information in Salesforce.
