Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Engagement Advisor to be the first contact for leads, referrals, and prospective clients. You will explain services, gather information, and guide candidates through intake and engagement, while maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

You will collaborate with health plans and partners to ensure a smooth client experience and work in a hybrid schedule, coming into the office once per quarter and supporting growth goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Communications or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience engaging customers or prospective clients by phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Experience working toward established performance or sales goals.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or Salesforce Voice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage leads and prospective clients by phone, email, and messaging to understand their needs and educate them on available services.
• Gather client and caregiver information, conduct care assessments, and support eligibility determination and health plan submissions.
• Guide prospective clients through the engagement process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and supporting conversion.
• Maintain accurate and timely lead, client, and activity information in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with internal teams, health plans, and strategic partners while tracking performance against established engagement and sales goals.
