Job summary

Hiscox is seeking a Claims Program Specialist in the United States to support operational excellence across Claims through training, onboarding, and content management. The role blends claims technician duties with learning program support in a hybrid setup, partnering with leadership to keep materials current and effective.

You will help employees use claims systems, workflows, and tools while contributing to training curricula, job aids, and self-service content.

Qualifications

• Experience in property and casualty insurance, claims operations, or a related business environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs related to claims systems and technology and payment processing procedures.
• Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, attendance tracking, and completion reporting.
• Maintain and enhance the Claims LaunchPad and other learning resources.
• Support training reporting, content governance, and version control.
