Job summary

Hiscox is seeking a Claims Program Specialist to support operational excellence across the Claims organization. The role blends training delivery, onboarding coordination, and content management to help employees use claims systems, workflows, and processes in a hybrid work setting.

Based in multiple U.S. locations (Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Manhattan, Scottsdale, West Hartford), the role requires partnering with Claims leadership, QA, Compliance, and SMEs to keep training materials current and

Qualifications

• Experience within property and casualty insurance, claims operations, or a related business environment.
• Working knowledge of claims systems, workflows, business processes, and operational procedures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and explain technical concepts, systems, and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs related to claims systems and technology.
• Support onboarding and maintenance of training curricula, job aids, and reference guides.
• Convert repeatable training content into self-service learning materials (e-learning, videos, guides).
• Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, and completion reporting.
• Support implementation and adoption of new claims tools and initiatives.
• Maintain accuracy and quality across training content and learner support.
