Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with timely first contact and clear expectations.
• Answer incoming calls and log reported claims in the claim system.
• Verify coverage and conduct investigations to ensure fair disposition of claims.
• Handle claim related tasks such as appraisals, police reports, documents, and payments.
