Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• One year of credit and collections experience or one year of auto insurance claims experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate damage claims, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Research liability through contracts, photos, reports, and billing records.
• Initiate and manage collection efforts via phone, email, and letters.
