Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks a Rate Coordinator in Tulsa, OK to analyze car rental rates and ensure accurate billing under contract terms. You will collaborate with information management, sales, and accounts receivable to ensure rate contracts are set up correctly.

The role is in person in Tulsa with a hybrid schedule option. Typical hours are 8 per day, Monday through Friday. Candidates should have strong reconciliation, advanced Excel skills, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field; at least 1 year experience if degree held.
• Without Degree must have 3 years experience in heavy reconciliation and analysis in large corporate accounting.
• PeopleSoft experience preferred
• 2 years experience processing journal entries preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge in Excel
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ week
• Starting pay of $19.50/hour
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Minimum age 18
• Residence in Tulsa area

Responsibilities

• Verify account setup for accurate billing
• Audit contracted rates and billing system
• Resolve billing discrepancies with other departments
• Research and recommend rate/contract changes
• Evaluate rates across industries
• Advise on rate disputes and corrections
• Support collections with rate dispute solutions
• Research customer disputes in collections process and report findings
• Identify billing errors and update revenue/receivables
• Conduct analytical tasks and translate terms to systems and prepare reports
• Analyze currencies and convert to correct currency
