Job summary

Ramboll in the Americas is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead site development work for data center and large industrial programs. This hybrid role supports multiple U.S. geographies, emphasizing AHJ coordination, permitting, and strong project delivery.

You should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering and approximately 10+ years of relevant experience with proven leadership and client coordination. PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer license strongly preferred, with ability to obtain licensure by comity.
• Experience with land development and site civil design for large sites.
• Proven ability to work with AHJs and coordinate permitting.
• Strong project management and client coordination skills; data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development services for data center and large industrial projects from site selection through construction support.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, staffing, and client communications across multiple projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and review technical deliverables and permitting.
