Ramboll in the Americas seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead site development work for data center and large industrial programs.

You will leverage a strong background in civil/site design, AHJ coordination, and multidisciplinary team leadership to deliver complex projects across targeted U.S. geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of civil/site engineering experience with project delivery.
• PE license preferred, licensure by comity possible in target states.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development for data center and large industrial projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, staffing, client communications, proposals, scopes of work, fee estimates, work plans, schedules, change requests, subconsultants.
• Direct technical work involving site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, erosion control, and permitting.
• Serve as liaison with AHJs and agencies, interpret codes and permit pathways, coordinate inputs from multi-disciplinary teams.
• Review and mentor, while supporting client development and Ramboll’s local presence in target markets.
