Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager in a hybrid role based in Texas to lead site feasibility, grading, drainage, and permitting for data center and large industrial projects.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage scope and budget across multiple projects, coordinate with AHJs, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver sustainable solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are required; PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering with ~5+ years of civil/site experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred; licensure by comity may be considered.
• Extensive land development and site civil design experience for large projects.
• Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development services for data center and large industrial projects from site selection through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, client communication, proposals, and subconsultants across multiple projects.
• Direct work including site layout, grading, stormwater, utilities, access roads, and permitting.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and AHJs while navigating codes and development standards.
• Review deliverables, mentor staff, support business growth and market expansion.
