Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead site feasibility, master planning, and permitting for data center and large-scale industrial sites in a hybrid-capable US office network. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage scope and budgets, and drive technical execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 5+ years of relevant experience and a PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of civil/site engineering experience in land development.
• Experience coordinating with AHJs and leading multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development for data center and large industrial projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and client communications.
• Direct site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
• Mentor engineers and CAD staff; support client development.
