Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and MA State Bar admission.
• 5-7 years of civil litigation experience in MA state and federal courts.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and leading discovery.
• Strong advocacy, research, and drafting dispositive motions.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; meet deadlines and move matters forward.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategies and coordinate with clients, experts, and colleagues.
