The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of civil litigation experience and will handle a diverse caseload in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

The firm offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$140,000, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar is required.
• Bar admission in Maine and/or Vermont or a qualifying UBE score is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and meet deadlines.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda to bolster strategies.
• Maintain clear, regular communication with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
