Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar is required.
• Experience taking and defending depositions is essential.
• Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions and conduct legal research.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and meeting critical deadlines.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategies and work with clients, experts, and colleagues across the firm.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and provide strategic guidance on matters.
• Contribute to case strategy through legal research and memoranda alongside partners.
