Job summary

Conservice in Utah is seeking a Chat/Email Specialist in the Customer Service department. The role involves assisting residents through real-time chat and email, resolving questions, and guiding issues to resolution within a service-oriented team.

Work is hybrid with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday. Schedule options are 8 am–5 pm or 9 am–6 pm MT, and pay starts at $15.75 per hour plus tier-based performance pay.

Responsibilities

• Address customer service emails.
• Maintain availability in chat software and respond to chat requests.
• Maintain high quality and customer service in all communications.
• Inform management about email volume and issues.
• Coordinate with clients and other departments as needed.
• Ensure quality control of outgoing email.
• Submit EWOK submissions related to emails and accounts.
• Take on additional assignments or projects as needed.
• Outbound calls to leasing offices as needed.
