Job summary

Conservice is seeking a CHAT/EMAIL SPECIALIST in a Customer Service department. The role is hybrid (in-office Tue, Wed, Thu) with schedule options Monday–Friday 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm MT. Wage is $15.75 per hour plus tier-based performance pay.

Primary duties include replying to emails and handling chat inquiries to resolve resident questions in real time. The position requires excellent written communication, strong organization, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with Conservice internal software.
• Knowledge of SF and CCS LOBs.
• Experience with chat/email customer communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address customer service emails.
• Maintain availability in chat software and answer incoming chat requests.
• Maintain high quality of customer service in all communications.
• Keep management updated on email volume and issues.
• Communicate with clients and other departments as necessary.
• Assure quality control of outgoing email.
• Submit EWOK submissions relating to emails and accounts.
• Take on additional assignments or projects as needed.
• Phone use: outbound calls to leasing offices as needed (up to 5%).
