Job summary

Conservice is seeking a Client Operations Manager to manage key client accounts, blending strategic analysis with relationship management in a hybrid in-office setting in Logan, Utah. Qualifications

• Direct customer support, account management, or client relations experience preferred.
• Experience with specialized portfolio/utility management software (e.g., Conservice / Synergy) is a major plus.
• Internal Candidates: 6+ months of company experience with strong knowledge of internal workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned portfolio of clients.
• Lead regular client performance calls, clearly explaining complex cause-and-effect scenarios and performance metrics.
• Partner with internal Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
