Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Channel Development Manager - Hybrid to drive growth across HORECA and RTM channels, including supermarkets and wholesalers, and to lead distributor partnerships with strong execution across the market.

You will work to deliver availability, visibility, and activation while coordinating with distributors, DT personnel and sales teams to implement local and national plans. This position requires field presence and a strong emphasis on collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management.
• Leadership to directly handle distributors with operational skills in DT operations, sales, profitability, AR, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business targets for HORECA and RTM accounts (secondary sales).
• Execute local and national marketing plans for both channels.
• Build relationships with accounts and implement contact and menu matrices across all handled accounts.
• Apply AVA principles in managed accounts to improve availability, visibility and activation.
• Collaborate with distributor sales representatives and DT personnel to ensure UL standards adherence.
• Drive results by coordinating with the field merchandising team for efficient store operations.
• Plan and execute growth initiatives across retail and food service through cross-functional work.
• Provide operators with services and solutions (ideation, masterclass, cooking demos, trend sharing).
