Job summary

Brother International Corporation is seeking a Specialist, Change Management to drive adoption of enterprise solutions and stabilise new ways of working post go-live. You will partner with HR, IT, and vendors to plan readiness, manage communications, and reinforce change across functions and regions.

The role focuses on effective change strategies, training design, and value realization, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth within Brother’s Enterprise Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in cross-functional environments supporting business and IT initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives and adoption across the organization
• Conduct change impact assessments across functions, roles, and regions
• Translate findings into actionable insights for readiness plans
• Coordinate readiness checkpoints for go-live and stabilization
• Develop communications and training materials to reinforce usage
• Document operational impacts and assist with transition to support teams
• Coordinate vendor participation and transition planning
