Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials for StudentLink staff and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with StudentLink management and stakeholder offices to align training with policies and procedures.
• Review tickets and cases to gain insights informing training needs and refreshers.
• Identify trends in data reports and recommend training or refresher courses to management.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff and stay informed of industry best practices.
