Job summary

RFCUNY Research Foundation of the City University of New York seeks a Senior Associate to design and deliver training and technical assistance across the Central Office and partner colleges. This role strengthens program quality, supports cross-college coordination, and aligns systems to improve staff development.

You will lead multi-campus training events, create manuals and rubrics, manage projects, and serve as a co-producer for online events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years’ related experience required.
• Experience facilitating or teaching in postsecondary or professional learning environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Design and implement in-person and virtual learning experiences and resources for staff development.
• Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading meetings, cross-sector working groups, advisory bodies, or learning communities in multiple modes to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional written communication skills, including experience producing training materials, manuals, or implementation guides grounded in field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a program-wide training strategy across colleges.
• Design and deliver multi-campus staff training events (in-person and virtual).
• Facilitate meetings and cross-college working sessions with inclusive participation.
• Provide ongoing learning opportunities, including consultations and coaching.
• Engage college partners in developing training assessments, events, and resources.
• Manage logistics of learning initiatives, including scheduling and communications.
• Create instructional materials, templates, rubrics, and assessments for workshop and webinar delivery.
• Manage project work plans and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Co-produce online events, handling chats, recordings, and engagement tools.
• Participate in regular meetings within OAA, CUNY EDGE, and partner colleges.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
