Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a leading provider of ABA services for children with autism. As a BCBA, you will develop and supervise targeted interventions, help families understand results, and collaborate with a regional clinical team to support learners aged 2-21.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a robust quarterly bonus, up to a 10,000 retention bonus for newly hired full-time BCBAs, flexible schedules, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or sitting for exam in next 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to help children with autism.
• Track progress and share in clients’ achievements and skill development.
• Discuss assessment results and treatment recommendations with families.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to the care team.
• Supervise and train growing team of behavior technicians.
