Job summary

Broylman Memorial Group seeks a General Manager to oversee cemetery sales operations, driving pre-need and at-need sales while leading the sales team. The role requires a motivated sales professional with leadership capabilities to develop strategies, foster client relationships, and manage cemetery expenses.

The position offers both on-site and remote work, adapting to a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

Drive pre-need and at-need sales of cemetery properties, merchandise, and services.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals and bonus targets.
Educate families on the value of pre-planning cemetery arrangements.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing with accurate records.
Ensure pricing integrity and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Build long-term relationships with families, funeral homes, and community organizations.
Oversee and manage overtime costs and budgetary goals.
