Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Project Administrator to join our Construction Management CEI team in the Northwest Florida area (Tallahassee, Chipley, Pensacola, Gainesville). The role provides on-site technical management for transportation projects under the direction of a Senior Project Engineer or Construction Manager.

In Florida, you will assist in all phases of projects, ensure progress and final estimates, and coordinate with staff and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Two years of engineering experience in major road or bridge construction, or eight years with HS diploma.
• Florida project administrator experience required.
• CTQP Final Estimates Level II Qualification and FDOT Advanced MOT certification.
• Familiarity with FDOT specifications and MAC processes.
• Willingness to attend CTQP Quality Control Manager Course and pass the exam.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assigns tasks to administrative staff, contract support specialists and inspectors.
• Provides on-site technical management for transportation construction projects.
• Supports progress and final estimates throughout project duration.
• Performs internal QA reviews to promote contract compliance and evaluate CEI staff.
