Job summary

MRCI is seeking a Consultation Services Specialist in Minnesota to implement CFSS program requirements and market MRCI CDS services to participants, representatives, and Lead Agency personnel. The role emphasizes maintaining a strong customer-focused culture and staying current with DHS rules.

You will manage intake, plans and budgets, program education, and problem solving as the first point of contact, collaborating with the Lead Agency, DHS, and other providers to ensure compliant and timely

Qualifications

Human services experience in the areas of customer service or direct service to participants planning.

Responsibilities

Understand the CFSS program and communicate details to participants, representatives, families and lead agency personnel.
Promote systems that ensure appropriate and timely service and maintain a strong customer-focused culture.
Serve as the first point of contact for intake, plans and budget creation, education, and problem solving.
Report to Consultation Services Coordinator and assist with resolutions.
Stay current with legislative changes and State/Lead Agency trends affecting CFSS.
Write new plans and budgets and input service authorization information into systems.
Assist with worker training and development related to budgets.
Process employee changes and gather required information from participants/representatives.
