MRCI is looking for a Consultation Services Specialist for their Client Directed Services (CDS) program. This role involves marketing services, understanding program requirements, and being the primary contact for participants.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in a relevant field and experience in human services. Benefits include health insurance and a 403b retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Human services experience in customer service or direct service to participants.
• One-year full-time experience providing direct services to people with disabilities or seniors.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate CFSS program details to participants and agencies.
• Promote timely service systems and maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Act as the first point of contact for participant interactions.
• Write plans, budgets and input service authorization information.
• Assist with worker training related to individual budgets.
