The position works with Stratacor, affiliated with Delta Dental of Minnesota, and requires strong Excel and PeopleSoft skills. Responsibilities include handling lockbox and ACH transactions, verifying totals, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent training.
• 1-2 years of related accounting/cash processing experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or automated billing systems.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process lockbox and other deposits using PeopleSoft and proprietary software.
• Verify ACH/Direct Debit totals with banks.
• Process overpayments and returned checks.
• Reconcile general ledger, bank statements, and customer accounts.
• Provide timely customer support via phone, email, or mail.
• Assist Billing Specialist as needed.
• Identify process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Maintain accurate records management.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
