The position emphasizes accurate accounting, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with Stratacor and affiliate teams. Prior experience with PeopleSoft and billing systems is preferred in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with team members at all levels and with brokers and agents
• Effective customer service and phone skills
• Strong analytical skills with financial/accounting data
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Organize and prioritize workload and manage time
• Collaborate well with teammates and meet deadlines

Responsabilités

• Process lockbox and deposit transactions using PeopleSoft and proprietary software
• Verify ACH/Direct Debit totals with banking institutions
• Handle overpayments and returned checks
• Reconcile general ledger, bank statements, and customer accounts
• Provide customer support via phone, email, or mail
• Back up Billing Specialist as needed
• Identify and implement process improvements with approval
• Maintain accurate records management
• Tackle special projects as assigned
