Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years working with the target population.
• Substance abuse experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Previous experience with group facilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies and protocols for programs serving chronically homeless individuals.
• Develop regular program schedule including activities, meetings, meals.
• Ensure HUD entry requirements and documentation are complete.
• Conduct initial service needs assessment for all clients.
• Develop Individual Service Plans within three days of entry.
