Job summary

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a Card & Reimbursement Analyst to support Travel and Payment Card Services. The role includes auditing P-Card/T&E/Concur expenses, reconciling card programs, and analyzing data to spot spend opportunities.

You will communicate deadlines and work with accountholders. The position offers a hybrid arrangement, with full-time permanent status and a 40-hour week, based in Chapel Hill, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent training and experience.
• All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly audit of P-Card, T&E Card, and Concur expenses and present findings to stakeholders.
• Reconcile card programs and journal sources for the department.
• Analyze card and expense data to identify trends and spend opportunities.
• Communicate reconciliation deadlines with accountholders.
